We enable packaged food manufacturers to accelerate their growth and achieve higher levels of profitability by helping them develop, launch and manage the right mix of branded products and high-value private label offerings.


We work with foodservice manufacturers looking to enter or expand their presence in the retail channel. We help these companies leverage their manufacturing capabilities by marketing branded and high-value private label products, providing additional sources of revenue growth as well as channel diversification. Our expertise and national network of salespeople and brokers reduce dramatically the time and expense required to create a significant retail business.


Foodmark also develops and acquires branded retail products for our own portfolio. As with our clients’ brands, these product lines are strategically managed to maintain a defensible position within their respective categories.

From time to time, Foodmark may also seek license agreements to associate a strong brand name with a specific product or product line we wish to offer to the retail market. Licensors find the opportunity attractive due to the ease of entering the retail channel with minimal risk and guaranteed returns in the form of royalty fees. Under licensing agreements, we contract third-party manufacturers to produce the specific products for us. Licensors retain final approval over many aspects including product formulation, packaging design and co-pack manufacturer.
